This cafe is an absolute gem! The coffee was excellent, and the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were especially impressed with the gluten-free beef sandwich – it was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The oatmeal was also outstanding, and the staff's advice was simply incredible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a warm atmosphere – we felt very welcome as tourists!

This place is a small package of magic, beauty and deliciousness! How they can produce such high quality foods and customer service is magical! I had the baked egg biscuit with bacon, dirty chai and ginger honey lemon tea. I sat at the high bar stool area -from there, I was able to appreciate the elegant efficiency of a well managed kitchen and front service team. I'll visit again!

literally the cutest best place in dc for coffee and food. everyone is so kind and accommodating, the food is amazing and their coffee is the best. also there’s this hot guy that works there, idk his name but he was super nice so if he sees this pls hit me up. i think his name was luke or something, he was tall and had a mustache.

Friendly staff, delicious and fresh food and good atmosphere. I wish the 2 hour blackout was not a thing but this is a great spot to work, meet and/or hangout before a train since it is only 2 blocks from Union Station. The black coffee was solid and the egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche bun reminded me of my mom's, absolutely amazing.

Not go, run to this place. Originally I was looking for some cafe to sit, work a bit and relax before my train. Found this place that has happy hours for wine and beer. Got myself Spanish lager and they also had Czech lager. I love the atmosphere of The Ministry, everyone is super friendly and relaxed. Ended up sitting, drinking and chatting there until it closed and I rushed to get my train back home LOL

This is by far one of the cutest places in DC for a quick bite and coffee! The staff was amazing and seemed very familiar with their customers. The owner was there when I dropped by she was so nice and patient with my order...I had my two little indecisive ones with me. The food was great and the drinks were PERFECT! if you're ever around you must drop in the decor alone is worth it !!!

Came to the place because wanted to work from here for a bit! Saw it had wifi BUT lost a star because what you do you mean two hours of wifi and one hour blackout?! How am I supposed to do four hours of work?! I wish I knew that before I came because then I would've came when I only needed two hours or had my portable wifi to do work. But I digress. Thats my only negative. This place is super cute. The avocado toast here omg, is some of the best avocado toast I've ever had. It's so good! Y'all know bread can make or break avocado toast but this bread is a win. Made perfectly. My vanilla oatmilk matcha was really perfect and my heart and stomach is full! Parking can be a little hassle- 2 hour parking pay for parking and I had to pay on the machine bc there's no zone numbers listed that eased my mind to enter a number and park on the street so yeah that's that. But I'll figure it all out. Next time I'll bring my portable WiFi. It hasn't been two hours yet so maybe it won't kick me off at the two hour mark... Update: fours hour wifi limit confirmed :)
